However with syoh, registered buyers can use syohchat to ask questions about the property, and using syoh's contract negotiation software, can submit offers (and counter offers) from the safety of their own house!
When dealing with an asset worth hundreds of thousands of dollars (and sometimes much more) both buyers and sellers rely on real estate agents to draw up the correct paperwork.
To solve this problem, syoh has reviewed thousands of real estate contracts to allow the system to assist sellers to build their own customisable contract tailor-made to their own property.

By taking the real estate agent out of the equation (the most expensive part of the transaction), syoh is able to dramatically reduce the cost of selling your house.
As part of the listing process, the syoh platform asks the same questions of a home owner that a real life real estate agent would.
Once the listing paperwork is complete, syoh organises professional photography and the installation of a custom sign board.
Once a listing goes 'live', registered buyers are able to view additional details about the listing (including the seller disclosures / warranties, the Certificate of Title and all of the property encumbrances), chat with the Seller's directly via syoh chat, and even make an offer via the syoh platform.
Sellers are able to manage their listing (including reviewing property analytics, answering buyer enquiries, and negotiating offers) through their syoh dashboard.
Once an offer has been accepted (digitally signed through the platform of course), syoh hands the contract over to its hand selected, uber experienced settlement agent to take the property through to settlement.
